Precise Real Estate Appraising is a residential appraisal company serving Southwestern Ontario and the Golden Horseshoe. Our Appraisers are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and all in good standing. With a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation, our company is qualified to offer valuation and consulting services and expertise for individual residential properties, vacant residential sites and dwellings of up to four self-contained units. We adhere to the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s standards, by following the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (CUSPAP) and continue to undertake on-going professional development to keep up to date with the evolving real estate market.
