Fees may be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by exact cash directly to the appraiser at the time of the inspection.

Appraisal Fee and Report Release
It is our policy to collect payment up front for the appraisal fee prior to the release of the report.

Cancellation Policy
We require that you contact us 24 hours prior to inspection time to cancel an appointment. Failing to do so will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
